Saigon 88 replaced Pho Le on Center Parkway and I hope they're here to stay! Not many places specialize in pho ga, so I can see myself going here when I don't want to drive to Pho Anh Dao on Stockton Blvd. What we ordered: - Specialty Chicken Rice Plate (Com Ga Hai Nam/Hainan Chicken) $15.98 - Mien Ga (pho w/ clear noodles) $13.98 - Fresh Noodles w/ Leg Quarters $13.98 - Pho Ga $13.98 - Bun Bo Hue 88 $16.98 The pho broth was SOOO good! Pho ga when done correctly is both mellow and strong and Saigon 88 does it right! There's a comforting deep chicken flavor but is still so tasty from the garlic, ginger, and onions. Speaking of, the garlic ginger scallion oil is DELICIOUS. I put that on every bite of chicken! Downside is that I ordered my pho as the rice stick noodles (as opposed to fresh) but they weren't cooked long enough. Definitely had too much of a raw bite. The bun bo hue was good but not my favorite. Not dark and dirty enough for me lol Also, idk if we recently came in after a deep cleaning day, but the floors were suuuper slippery. So slippery that our server almost lost balance and spilled when placing a bowl down. Had to hook some thumbs in our bowls for balance LOL

Love at first bite for all dishes ordered (5/5)! -#1 Chicken Fresh Noodle: Nothing beats fresh pho and chicken. Added innards for extra texture. -#9 Chicken Salad Rice Plate: One of THE best I've had, if not the best! Mouthful of aromatics and flavor. -#10 Specialty Chicken Rice Plate: Delicious chicken-broth rice topped with Hainan chicken pieces covered in ginger scallion sauce. -#12 Bo Tai Chanh: Delectable, raw beef carpaccio topped with crushed peanuts, raw onions, and herbs drenched in fish sauce vinaigrette. I'm still drooling over everything! Can't wait to come back when I'm in town! Friendly staff, quick service, clean restaurant!

Super cute interior with a large open seating area. Service was friendly and quick. Sometimes chicken pho in general can be a bland, but their chicken broth had great flavor and the rice plate was tasty with the ginger scallion sauce pairing well with the moist chicken. Definitely plan to return to try the bun bo hue next time!

I was really hoping this place would be a 5/5 for Pho Ga. Sadly, it's not my favorite place. It's good but not the best. The chicken was nice and tender but the broth flavor was not there. I will have to give it a try 1 more time though. Maybe it was an off day.

Saigon 88 has been around for a year ish now. They took over the location of what used to be Pho Le. The staff here are nice. Tried their chicken noodle soup and it was pretty good. My mom and aunt got the bun Bo hue and unfortunately their noodles were very undercooked and not edible. The staff were nice and let them get a new batch of noodles.

Chicken pho, Vietnamese salad and chicken with rice is what we enjoy the most. Chicken is cooked perfectly and can say they have the best chicken pho in Sacramento. If you're craving for chicken and pho... you should go here.

Okay, this is one of the best chicken pho I've had in a minute. I love the fish sauce they had on the side. They need to brand their mix it was so good! The soup was a really clean and tasty broth. Did not taste like there was a ton of msg. And you can tell they used home range chicken for their meat. It was lean and had a nice texture to it. Also their vietnamese coffee is not there to play. It was so strong and immediately perked me up. It is a sit down style and the waiters were really attentive. I'm not gonna lie I came for lunch and might of gotten take out for dinner! Such an awesome addition to the pho scene in the Sac area

We finally got around to trying sitLo's new sister restaurant and we all left super satisfied! They look over the old Pho Le, so if you're familiar with this location, you know there is ample parking and space for larger parties too. There were 7 of us on a Friday night around 6pm. We were seated immediately, towards the back of the restaurant where is was quiet and spacious. We ordered right away, as the server was super patient with our order and even gave us extra pickled onions. Our food came out at a reasonable time and everything was piping hot and fresh. Most of us ordered the Number 1 with the chicken innards, which we loved the option to add. We also got the Hainan chicken rice to share and WOW, the rice was fantastic! All of our food was perfectly seasoned as well. We barely needed to add condiments to the soup! Must try: the garlicky, sweet, spicy sauce that's at each table. Whether you get a soup or rice dish, you must dip your chicken pieces into this! So umami and tasty!
